pengalaman menjadi pemimpin?... since zaman sekola rendah lagi, aku didedahkan dgn mende2 camtu...darjah tiga ngn darjah empat=jadik librarian...darjah lima ngn darjah enam=jadik prefect...masuk sekola menengah..hmmm...kt cni pyh ckit...budak2 seme hebat2 belake...kire sape yg jadik prefect tu..mmg gile kentang pnye lah type stdnt nye...tup2..nek form 4...aku jdik laa mnusia biru kt sekolah nan indah itu..( hebat le tu konon2nye =P)...bile time sekola rendah..bapak teringin nk jdik prefect...tgok je time pelantikan kwn2 jadik prefect..jeles bukan men...Alhamdulillah...cita2 aku tercapai jugak nk jadik bile cikgu2 nampak laa kehadiran aku time darjah lime...gumbira tahap ape tah..huahuahua...ye laa.law jdik prefect ..byk kelebihan...cikgu2 pon syg...org pandang...byk r lagi edvantajes nyeh...hehehhe...bile msuk je secondary...ade gak r nk meneruskan tanggungjawab tuh (geeythooh)..tapi...bru aku sedar...aku ase diri ini sangat kecik...bukan senang na jdik prefect tyme kt sekolah aku tu...pemikiran mereka (akak abg prefect) yg diluar alam tambah dgn kehadiran Bonda yg byk mencorak bentuk pemerintahan sekolah dan jugak badan prefect itu sendiri...OMG!...bila aku melihatkan mereka...sepertinya aku tak sanggup nk bawak jawatan tu..dgn aku sendiri dok kutuk2 mereka-gipang-gapeng-jambu cikgu-mencapop-bagai2 laa istilahnye..huhuhu...time goes by...there were people who noticed my presence...=)...aku pun dilantik laa jdik prefect time f4...baru aku sedar...bukan sng nak jdik pemimpin...bru aku nmpak ..betapa berat tanggungjawab seorang pemimpin terhadap diri sendiri, organisasi, dan paling utama -anak buah..sekali lagi..Bonda dan jugak cikgu2 sgt membentuk pemikiran aku ngn prefect yg lain...tambah pulak kwn2 prefect aku yg sgt berkepimpinan...aku sgt bersyukur sebab aku berada dalam kalangan mereka..=)..terlalu byk perkara yg aku belajar yg aku rase tak semua org akan dapat pengalaman mcm aku..Alhamdulillah..=)....aku kt sni..bukan lah berbangge dgn jwatan prefect aku yg dah lapuk tu...hahhaa...hanya lah secebis kenangan untuk dikongsi bersama...
hmmm...sampai sekarang aku terpikir...once you r leader..you will always be a leader..

 Finally, I've finished reading one of the book I've bought on my 30th birthday - THE CAREER CODE-. This book was written by Hillary Kerr & Katherine Power - the creators of WhoWhatWear.com.  The Career Code had explain so many tips and tricks, reality that actually happened especially in the corporate world. Something that won't be talked in your daily life with your colleagues but it is crucial! I have immersed in every bits of their writing and imagining myself in all of the situation explained.
