tips sehat daripada emak ^^

dibesarkan dengan sepenuhnya oleh pantang larang dan petua daripada emak.. orang kata kolotlah, mengarutlah, bla bla bla...papepon, i do believe in emak, sebab emak ialah result kepada eksperimen dia sendiri.. looking young like forty at the age of sixty ;)..
cANtIK!!! 
emak tak ajar satu-satu, tapi emak buat, well, good lesson delivered from good action

yang emak selalu buat;
1)bangun awal pagi - tak pernah lewat dari jam 630 pagi
2) solat tepat pada waktunya
3)breakfast pada waktu yang sama setiap hari
4)less in ice
5)tidur sekejap waktu siang
6)tidur awal waktu malam
7)laugh =)
8)the 'jamu' also in the list lorh =P

bila tanya emak:
- yang penting hati kena sentiasa bersih, takda hasad dengki, tenang sentiasa, insya Allah, cantik didalam, akan nampak diluarnya =)

New Year 2022 Trip- Perlis

 Dear lovely readers, It has been quite some time that I haven't write a thing in this space. Somewhat a 'hidden' gem. Anyways, I wanted to share on my recent visit to Perlis. Hopefully, this can help those who planned to have a nice weekend later on.  Alhamdulillah, me and my husband decided to make a trip to the smallest state in Malaysia celebrating the New Year 2022. Since the border is still open for the time being, it is certainly the best opportunity to grab before it closes back due to pandemic.  Why Perlis tho?  Perlis has been underrated for the past few years, as people might think that there's not much of fun things to explore there. Anyways, this state has grew a lot these recent years with so many attractions despite of the current pandemic. I don't need plastic bag

I don't need plastic bag and I am in Pahang. Last time , I went to the market to buy some stuff. Yet, this time I managed to bring my own eco shopping bag (after several times of failed bringing it together while shopping and causing me feel damn guilty towards the environment). When it's time to pay, I told the cashier that I don't need plastic bag. She looked at me and chuckled, 'it's okay kak, the price is including the plastic bags, ' 'no, it's okay, I don't need it, ' ' no kak, it's okay, I put in the plastic bag, ' Guessed what, inside I get boiled to the max. 'be patience ba, this is the beginning, it's never easy to manifest good things though,' You see, I don't mind about the few cents as long as I am trying and training very hard to reduce the anthropogenic effects towards the Mother Nature for hundreds of years to go.
